Details

The BioSafe foaming agent is a premium high-foaming detergent for use with BioSafe Systems’ activated peroxygen products including ZeroTol 2.0, OxiDate 2.0, StorOx 2.0, SaniDate 5.0, SaniDate 12.0, SaniDate 15.0, and SaniDateFD.

Produces a rich, thick foam for deep cleaning with great foam stability. Use higher application rate for thicker foam. Use for porous and non-porous surface treatments.

Ensures that foam delivers thorough coverage and extended contact time on treated surfaces, increasing the efficacy of cleaning agents or crop protection products.

BENEFITS

  • Uniform coverage
  • Long-lasting foam
  • Better sanitation - good for deep cleaning
  • Suitable for porous and nonporous surfaces

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Make a finished solution of BioSafe Systems’ activated peroxygen following recommended application rates on product labels, then add BioFoamer Foaming Agent according to the application rates below.

Use the higher rate for a thicker, dryer foam:

  • Air Foamer: Mix 1 – 4 fl. oz. of BioFoamer for each gallon of finished solution
  • Dosatron Airless Foamer: Mix 14 fl. oz. of BioFoamer Foaming Agent for every 76 fl. oz. of BioSafe System’s activated peroxygen products

Refer to the BioSafe foaming agent product sheet under the "documents" tab.
